A space to be seen, held, and honoured in all you are carrying.

There’s no “right way” to grieve. Whether your loss was recent or carried quietly for years, you deserve a space where your experience is heard, your emotions are valid, and you don’t have to hold it all alone. Loss comes with layers: grief, confusion, guilt, silence. I am here to hold you and support you in understanding the layers and finding peace for your journey.  

This is for you if you have experienced:

  • Miscarriage 

  • Early pregnancy loss

  • Termination of pregnancy

  • Late term pregnancy loss

Whether your loss was early, unexpected, intentional, or still unspoken — this session welcomes all experiences and journey's. 

In this session, we gently:

  • Explore the edges of your grief and honour your body

  • Allow space for what wants to be felt

  • Emotional being guided through each layer of grief

  • Grounding practices

  • Journal prompts to help integrate your experience

There is no timeline for grief. Only your own.
