This side outlines parts of the Medical Board AHPRA, Good medical practice: a code of conduct for doctors in Australia, that identifies the requirement of supportive collaborative care
 
Other side ~ Collaborative Care with Midwives
The other side outlines parts of the Midwife standars of practice & International Code of Ethics for Midwife, that identifies the requirement of supportive collaborative care
 
How to Use
Simply hand the card to the health professional to remind them of their legal obligations to provide collaborative, empowering care.
You are welcome to use as a reference to advocate for yourself or can simply present it if you do not feel comfortable communicating your concerns with their communication. 
 
The intention is to utilise during your pregnancy and birth journey then once not needed anymore please gift to another mumma who is pregnant navigating the system
